Shannon Sneary Alabanza is a skillful mediator and public speaker on topics of communication and mediation. She has been working in mediation for 20+ years and has completed more than 700 cases. Shannon has also developed and implemented multiple workshops and training programs for managers, employees, and families geared towards better communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Aaron Hagmaier is a retired USAF Major with 22-years’ experience in supervising human relations interactions, managing projects, training, and courseware development. A proven leader and mentor in stressful operational settings, Aaron has worked with many multi-cultural issues. He is an accomplished mediator who has supervised 100+ interns, worked 5200+ cases, and helped 11,400 clients address business, family and civil issues.
