FairField Center maintains a network of trained mediators to facilitate conversations from a neutral and goal-oriented perspective. The issues we mediate range across the spectrum of human conflicts and challenges. In order to handle cases referred by the Virginia Judicial system, mediators are required to complete a specific training and mentorship curriculum.
