Professional and Personal Development Training Programs
Fairfield’s nationally recognized trainers offer a range of courses designed to empower people to confidently communicate, and manage conflict at work, at home and in relationships. Businesses and professionals seek the benefits of coursework for the difference it will make in the workplace.
Mediation Certification Programs
The certification programs are for individuals and businesses seeking the full Supreme Court of Virginia certification and eligibility to mediate cases referred by courts. These programs offer the coursework and may also include the additional practice components of observations and co-mediations with mentor mediators required by the Supreme Court of Virginia. Lawyers, human resource managers, counselors, financial planners and others frequently pursue this certification. Also, volunteers (including retirees) frequently get certified to make a difference in the lives of others through mediation. All Fairfield lead mediators are certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Continuing Education / Certification “Maintenance”
Remaining a certified mediator by the Supreme Court of Virginia requires annual coursework and mediation hours. Many of the Fairfield Professional and Personal Development Training Programs are designed to meet these requirements.
